THC Smoked Old Fashioned Recipe
THC Smoked Old Fashioned Ingredients
2 oz / 60 ml Artet Cannabis Aperitif (we used the Flagship 2.5mg strength)
1 barspoon Ginger syrup (Liber & Co.)
2-3 dashes Smoked bitters
Cherries and an orange twist, for garnish
Cherry wood chips, for the cocktail smoker
How to make a THC Smoked Old Fashioned
Stir the Artet, ginger syrup, and smoked bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Double strain over a large ice sphere or cube in a rocks glass. Smoke with cherry wood using a cocktail smoker, then garnish with cherries and an orange twist.

A smoked old fashioned with no alcohol in it at all. Artet is a cannabis aperitif with a bitter, botanical backbone, and it holds up to the old fashioned treatment surprisingly well: a little ginger syrup for sweetness, smoked bitters for depth, and a proper cherry wood smoke over the top. A 2 oz pour of the Flagship strength works out to just over 3mg of THC, so this is a slow sipper in spirit, not in dose. Artet also makes 5mg and 10mg strengths if you want a stronger pour. It is the one drink with no alcohol in our Halloween cocktail roundup, which collects all eight.
