Ellora Sour THC Cocktail Ingredients
egg white
1.5 oz / 45 ml Ellora THC Infused Spirit
0.75 oz / 22 ml lemon juice
0.75 oz / 22 ml simple syrup
0.5 oz / 15 ml cranberry juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
How to make an Ellora Sour THC Cocktail
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice, and shake again. Double strain into a coupe.
A whiskey-sour-style drink built around Ellora, Crescent Canna's THC-infused spirit, with egg white for a silky foam and a couple dashes of Angostura bitters. Of the three Ellora cocktails on this list, this is the one I liked best.
