THC Bramble Cocktail Ingredients
3-4 blackberries
0.75 oz / 22 ml simple syrup
1.5 oz / 45 ml Ellora THC Infused Spirit
0.75 oz / 22 ml lemon juice
How to make a THC Bramble Cocktail
Muddle blackberries and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Ellora, lemon juice and ice. Shake and open pour into an old fashioned glass.
The Bramble was created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell — the same person behind the Espresso Martini. It's traditionally a gin drink, but this version swaps in Ellora, a THC-infused spirit from Crescent Canna. The blackberries and lemon play well against Ellora's agave note.
