THC Bramble Ingredients
3-4 blackberries
0.75 oz / 22 ml simple syrup
1.5 oz / 45 ml Ellora THC Infused Spirit
0.75 oz / 22 ml lemon juice
How to make a THC Bramble
Muddle blackberries and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Ellora, lemon juice and ice. Shake and open pour into an old fashioned glass.
The Bramble was created in the 1980s by London bartender Dick Bradsell, the same person behind the Espresso Martini. It's traditionally a gin drink, but this version swaps in Ellora, a THC-infused spirit from Crescent Canna. The blackberries and lemon play well against Ellora's agave note. For the opposite approach with the same bottle, the clarified Brawndo cocktail strips a drink down until it looks like water.
