Blue Eyes Crying in the Fizz Ingredients
1.5 oz / 45 ml Willie's Remedy
0.5 oz / 15 ml Lemon juice
0.5 oz / 15 ml Lime juice
1 oz / 30 ml Vanilla syrup
1 oz / 30 ml Heavy cream
Few drops orange flower water
1 Egg white
Few drops non-alcoholic blue curaçao (for color)
Top with club soda
How to make a Blue Eyes Crying in the Fizz
Dry shake everything except the club soda. Add ice and shake again, then strain into a tall glass and top with club soda.
