THC Negroni Sbagliato Recipe
THC Negroni Sbagliato Ingredients
2 oz / 60 ml Artet Cannabis Aperitif (we used the Flagship 2.5mg strength)
1 oz / 30 ml Sweet vermouth (Carpano Antica)
Top with non-alcoholic sparkling rosé (Wölffer Estate Spring in a Bottle)
Orange twist, for garnish
How to make a THC Negroni Sbagliato
Build this one right in the glass. Add the Artet and sweet vermouth to a rocks glass, fill with ice, and give it a quick stir. Top with the non-alcoholic sparkling rosé. I used Wolffer Estate Summer in a Bottle Garnish with an orange twist. A channel knife makes a long, thin peel you can curl around a barspoon into a spiral.

This one started as a Negroni riff challenge with some fellow cocktail YouTubers: the drink had to be inspired by a historical figure, include at least an ounce of amaro, and resemble a Negroni in structure. I picked Carrie Nation, the temperance crusader who stormed saloons with a hatchet in the early 1900s, and made her an almost-temperance drink I call "Screw You, Carrie." Artet, a cannabis-infused aperitif, stands in for Campari here. It has a similar bitter backbone, just a lighter orange color. A little real sweet vermouth keeps things honest, and a non-alcoholic sparkling rosé tops it off sbagliato-style. We used Artet's Flagship strength (2.5mg of THC per 1.5 oz), so a 2 oz pour lands just over 3mg, a genuinely easygoing dose. Artet also now comes in 5mg and 10mg strengths if you want to turn it up.
