2 oz. / 60 ml Tequila (I used Dulce Vida Tequila - blanco)
.5 oz. / 15 ml Lime juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Pomelo juice
Top off with Grapefruit soda (I used squirt grapefruit soda)
Build in a glass over ice, stir gently, and garnish with a lime wedge. Optional: rim the glass with salt, chili salt, or Tajín.

The Paloma is Mexico's other great tequila cocktail — often more popular there than the Margarita — traditionally built with tequila, lime, and grapefruit soda. This version adds a splash of fresh pomelo juice alongside the grapefruit soda for extra depth and a slightly sweeter, less bitter edge.
