Cranberry Cosmo with No Alcohol (THC) Ingredients

2 oz / 60 ml Cranberry hemp THC spirit (I used Nowadays Cranberry; 2 oz is about 6.6 mg)

1 oz / 30 ml Fresh orange juice

1 oz / 30 ml Fresh lime juice

.5 oz / 15 ml Simple syrup

Edible drink glitter for the glass (optional)

How to make a Cranberry Cosmo with No Alcohol (THC)

If you're using glitter, wet the inside of a chilled martini glass or coupe with a drop of water and swirl in about half a packet.

Add the cranberry THC spirit, orange juice, lime juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds and double strain into the glass.

Lime or lemon: the video uses lime. Lemon works and reads a little sweeter; the Cosmopolitan's own spec is lime.

Dosing: 2 oz is about 6.6 mg. Pour per glass, never from a pitcher, so every drink is the same strength.

A Cosmopolitan with the vodka and the Cointreau taken out and a cranberry hemp THC spirit doing both jobs. Nowadays Cranberry is the bottle in the video: it's already cranberry, so there's no juice to add, and the drink is the spirit, fresh orange and lime, and a little simple syrup, shaken and served up. It's pink, it's sharp, and it looks exactly like the real thing, which is the point when you're the one at the table not drinking.

Two ounces of the spirit is about 6.6 mg at the 5 mg per ounce-and-a-half dosage, so this is a stronger pour than the cranberry ginger fizz, which uses an ounce and a half in a tall glass. If you want a one-dose version, pour 1.5 oz and bump the orange juice to 1.5 oz as well. The glitter is a packet of edible drink glitter swirled in the glass before the pour. It does nothing for the flavor and everything for the photo.
