Pumpkin Spice THC Espresso Martini (No Alcohol) Recipe
Pumpkin Spice THC Espresso Martini (No Alcohol) Ingredients
1.5 oz / 45 ml Ellora THC-Infused Spirit Alternative (10mg or 20mg bottle)
1 oz / 30 ml freshly brewed espresso
0.75 oz / 22 ml Nutpods pumpkin spice creamer (unsweetened)
0.5 oz / 15 ml pure maple syrup, to taste
3 coffee beans and a pinch of pumpkin spice finishing sugar for garnish
How to make a Pumpkin Spice THC Espresso Martini (No Alcohol)
Pull the espresso first and let it sit while you measure everything else. A shot that's a minute or two old shakes up with just as much foam, and it won't melt your ice before you start.
Add the Ellora, espresso, Nutpods and maple syrup to a shaker with three 1-inch ice cubes. Shake hard, harder than you think, for 12 to 15 seconds. The foam on an espresso martini comes from the crema, and force is the only way to build it.
Strain into a chilled martini glass. Give the foam a few seconds to settle, then set three coffee beans on top (health, wealth and happiness, if you believe the tradition) and sprinkle a pinch of the pumpkin spice finishing sugar over the surface.
The creamer: Nutpods pumpkin spice is an almond and coconut creamer made for coffee, so it doesn't curdle against the espresso, and it's unsweetened, with no sugar at all. That's why the maple is in the recipe: it's doing the job the coffee liqueur and simple syrup do in a regular espresso martini. Start at 0.5 oz / 15 ml and adjust. The pumpkin spice flavor is seasonal, so grab it while it's on the shelf. The rest of the year, any unsweetened Nutpods plus 0.25 oz / 7 ml of pumpkin spice syrup gets you close.
The finishing sugar: McCormick's pumpkin spice finishing sugar is a seasonal shaker of sugar and baking spices made for toast and lattes. A pinch on the foam gives you the spice smell before the first sip; a lot of it sinks and turns the drink sweet. The wafer-paper maple leaf from the apple cider sour sits on this foam too, if you want the fall look without the sugar.
No espresso machine: 1 oz / 30 ml of cold brew concentrate works. You lose some of the crema, so shake longer.
Dose: 1.5 oz / 45 ml is one serving, 10 mg or 20 mg depending on the bottle. Make them one at a time, not in a pitcher, so nobody loses track. Low and slow, and wait 45 minutes before deciding you need another one. There's a full shot of espresso in this, so it's an after-dinner drink, not a nightcap.
Alcohol version: the pumpkin spice espresso martini on bourbon, with Mr Black and pumpkin spice syrup, is the same idea with a bar in it. Or put 1.5 oz / 45 ml of vodka in for the Ellora here and keep everything else the same.
An espresso martini with no alcohol in it, and 10 mg of THC. Ellora, Crescent Canna's THC-infused spirit alternative, shaken with fresh espresso, Nutpods pumpkin spice creamer and maple syrup, with three coffee beans and a dusting of pumpkin spice finishing sugar on the foam. It's the fall version of the THC espresso martini, and the no-alcohol answer to the pumpkin spice espresso martini on bourbon.
One 1.5 oz / 45 ml pour is one serving: 10 mg of THC from Ellora's 10mg bottle, 20 mg from the 20mg bottle. Same pour either way, so pick the bottle for the dose you want. I used the 10mg in the video.
Ellora is one of the hemp THC drinks that goes away under the federal ban on December 11, 2026, so if you like it, this is the window to stock up. Which THC drinks are still legal to buy, and the current discount codes, are on the THC drinks hub and the discounts page. The THC apple cider sour is the other Ellora drink from the same session, and the rest of the menu is in our Thanksgiving cocktail recipes.
