Mango Mezcal Ranch Water Ingredients
1 bottle Topo Chico
2 oz / 60 ml Del Maguey Vida mezcal
1 oz / 30 ml Fresh lime juice
0.5 oz / 15 ml Chinola mango liqueur
0.25 oz / 8 ml Agave nectar
How to make a Mango Mezcal Ranch Water
Pour out about 3 oz of Topo Chico to make room in the bottle. Add the mezcal, lime juice, mango liqueur, and agave nectar. Swirl gently to combine and drink straight from the bottle.
Swapping tequila for mezcal adds a smoky edge, and Chinola mango liqueur keeps it from getting too serious. It's Ranch Water dressed up a little more, still built right in the Topo Chico bottle, but leaning tropical instead of straightforward.
This is the only drink on the site using the mango bottle so far, but the passion fruit one stars in four more Chinola cocktails.
