Irish Maid Recipe
Irish Maid Ingredients
2 quarter inch slices of cucumber
2 oz (60 ml) Irish Whiskey
.5 oz (15 ml) Elderflower Liqueur
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Lemon Juice
.75 oz (22.5 ml) Simple Syrup
How to make an Irish Maid
Muddle cucumber in shaker and shake with other ingredients. Double strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a cucumber slice or twist of the peel.
This is a cocktail I made for Coach Vino's Progress Bar's YouTube collab. It's a great whiskey sour riff that uses St. Germain.
