Cereal Negroni (A Fruity Pebbles White Negroni with Bam Bam Vodka) Ingredients
1 oz / 30 ml Junction 35 Bam Bam vodka
1 oz / 30 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 oz / 30 ml dry vermouth (I used Dolin Dry)
Fruity Pebbles, stuck to the inside of the glass
How to make a Cereal Negroni (A Fruity Pebbles White Negroni with Bam Bam Vodka)
Add the vodka, Bitter Bianco, and dry vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold, about 20 seconds. Strain over ice in a rocks glass. For the garnish, stick a few Fruity Pebbles to the inside of the glass with a dab of edible adhesive before you pour, so they show through the drink.
A White Negroni is gin, a clear bitter, and something in place of sweet vermouth. Take the gin out and put in a vodka that tastes like Fruity Pebbles, and you have a drink that should not work and does.
Junction 35 is a distillery in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Bam Bam is their vodka that tastes like Fruity Pebbles. If you cannot find it, Three Olives Loopy, the Froot Loops version of the same idea, is the closest swap. Luxardo Bitter Bianco, the clear Italian bitter I also use in my Purple Negroni, brings the bitter orange and herbs. Dry vermouth keeps it dry. Equal parts, one ounce each, stirred cold and poured over one big piece of ice. The cereal shows up on the nose and the finish, and the bitter holds the middle so it never turns into a bowl of milk.

Is a Cereal Negroni still a Negroni?
By structure, yes: spirit, bitter, vermouth, equal parts, stirred. Everything else about it is a joke that happens to taste good.
Can I use regular vodka?
You can, but then it is just a Vodka White Negroni, which is a perfectly fine drink with no reason to exist. The flavored vodka is the point.
Why Bitter Bianco and not Campari?
Campari would turn the drink red and fight the cereal. Bitter Bianco is clear and a little softer, so the Fruity Pebbles come through.
