Ingredients: 2 oz. / 60 ml Gin; .75 oz. / 22 ml Cherry Heering; .25 oz. / 8 ml Dom Benedictine liqueur; .25 oz. / 8 ml Cointreau; 3 oz. / 90 ml Passion fruit or pineapple juice; .75 oz. / 22 ml Lime juice; .3 oz. / 10 ml Grenadine

How to make a Singapore Sling

2 oz. / 60 ml Gin

.75 oz. / 22 ml Cherry Heering

.25 oz. / 8 ml Benedictine dom liqueur

.25 oz. / 8 ml Cointreau

3 oz. / 90 ml Passion fruit or pineapple juice

.75 oz. / 22 ml Lime juice

.3 oz. / 10 ml Grenadine

Technique

Whip shake all ingredients with pebble ice and dirty pour over more pebble ice.
