Pink Lady

The Pink Lady is a Prohibition-era classic from the 1930s, built on gin, apple brandy, grenadine, and egg white for a silky, pale-pink froth. It's said to be named for a popular Broadway play of the same era, an early example of a cocktail marketed as glamorous and a little daring.
