1 bottle Topo Chico
2 oz / 60 ml Tanteo Habanero tequila
1 oz / 30 ml Fresh lime juice
0.25 oz / 8 ml Agave nectar
Splash of pineapple juice
Habanero slice, for garnish
How to make a Pineapple Habanero Ranch Water
Pour out about 3 oz of Topo Chico to make room in the bottle. Add the habanero tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, and a splash of pineapple juice. Swirl gently and garnish with a habanero slice.

This is Ranch Water with some heat: habanero-infused tequila, a splash of pineapple juice, and a rim of habanero and agave to back it up. The sweetness from the pineapple takes the edge off the chile without losing it entirely, so it still bites back a little on the finish.
