3 oz. / 90 ml Pusser’s Rum
4 oz. / 120 ml Pineapple Juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Orange Juice
1 oz. / 30 ml Cream of Coconut
Top with Nutmeg
Optional: add tiki bitters
Whip shake all ingredients with pebble ice and serve over more pebble ice.

The Painkiller was invented in the 1970s at the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands — a boozy, tropical predecessor to the Piña Colada that got popular enough for Pusser's Rum to eventually trademark the name. Dark rum, pineapple, orange, and cream of coconut, shaken hard and dusted with fresh nutmeg.
