Painkiller Cocktail with Pusser's Rum

The Painkiller was invented in the 1970s at the Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands — a boozy, tropical predecessor to the Piña Colada that got popular enough for Pusser's Rum to eventually trademark the name. Dark rum, pineapple, orange, and cream of coconut, shaken hard and dusted with fresh nutmeg.
