The Greyhound is a simple classic — usually just vodka and grapefruit juice over ice. This version swaps in gin and pomelo juice, a milder and slightly sweeter citrus cousin of grapefruit, for a softer, more floral twist on the original. Rim the glass with salt and it becomes the Greyhound's close relative, the Salty Dog.
