The French 75 is a classic dating back to World War I era Paris, reportedly named for the powerful French 75mm field gun, a nod to just how much of a kick gin and Champagne together can pack. This version adds a few dashes of Earl Grey bitters and a pinch of edible glitter for a New Year's Eve-ready sparkle.
